This new bathroom was designed for a dual-career couple who wanted a space to unwind and refresh. Wood-like porcelain planking evokes “spa” while generating warmth both visually and physically, via a radiant heating system. A cable-supported privacy screen features a leaf pattern that lends a warm, organic feel while separating toilet from vanity. A trench drain eliminates the need for a bulky shower curb, while the floating vanity and wall-hung toilet add a sense of levity to the design.
