This chic modern home was designed for a client passionate about green building and was recently awarded LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The client knew he wanted to pursue LEED-certification from the beginning, and the designer worked closely with him and all associated professionals and experts involved in building this home to meet or exceed the rigorous standards set by the USGBC in a variety of categories, from Water Efficiency and Energy & Atmosphere, to Sustainable Sites and Innovation in Design.
