Custom home builders and architects were awarded top honors for their fine design and quality workmanship in the MBIA Montgomery County Chapter Custom Builder Awards on May 24 at the Bethesda Pooks Hill Marriott.
A diverse team of judges viewed both interior and exterior of the homes in addition to reviewing detailed written information, photographs and plans. For fun, we added up the sticks and bricks costs of all the houses entered in this year’s competition and it totaled more than $30,000,000!
In this competitive custom housing market, all of these winners are shining examples of the talent and expertise that our area has to offer.
