​The MBIA Montgomery County Chapter Custom Builder Awards honor and celebrate quality and excellence in construction, architecture and residential design. Entries must be located within Montgomery County or the District of Columbia, be no more than three years old and represent either custom construction or speculative production houses or condos. Winners are featured in Home & Design magazine, our official media partner of the Custom Builder Awards.
