An original bungalow on a large site is redeveloped into 3 houses for three brothers. Though the trio of houses carry through a consistent and coherent design language and external articulation, internally, the spaces are tweaked and organised to fit each family's needs. Externally, the family spaces of each house maintains a visual connection to the adjacent house to encourage interaction, with motorised screens to control the level of privacy, together with sunshading requirements.
