The main objective of the addition and alteration works upon this project is to update it to modern living standards as well as highlight and conserve the distinctive charm of such black and white bungalows that are spatially to provide more luxurious living space, and the landscaping was upgraded to include a pool pavilion surrounded by lush greenery, livening up the play area for the children. The interiors were polished through the introduction of colours and textures through the usage of modern materials.
