This addition was a second story addition with straightening out the roof line that had an offset that was not centered.
We demoed off the front section of roof and that was were we added on to. The back of the home has the roof line down to 1st floor. We added 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the new 2nd floor. The staircase was existing. We added two steps to accommodate the new floor height. Both new bedrooms have cathedral ceilings and catch the sunset very nicely. We added new trunk line to the existing heating system as they upgraded the system years before to handle the addition. New 200 amp electrical service upgrade and new electrical on new second floor.
New windows trough out. New roof, vertical vinyl siding, trim, capping and gutter system.
We also added a concrete farmers porch on the front of home so client could enjoy the sunsets.
