This basement had a few problems. The framing was rotted do to water damaged. also everything needed to be upgraded even the staircase. We started by a thorough demo and cleaning. Once we could see where the water was coming from we went to work. Repaired all the cracks in foundation walls and sealed the rest of the concrete with drylok sealer.
All new electrical, duct work, drywall, tile floor, trim and doors. New oak staircase and a paint job.
Now basement is a useful family space with a upgraded laundry room.
