The original 2 bedroom, 2 bath house was enlarged to 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The ground floor was dug out and the building was extended into the rear yard. A new office, media room and guest bedroom occupy the lower floor. A modern, open living space is on the main level and three bedrooms are above on the top floor.
