The homeowner used my preliminary renderings to communicate what she wanted with the design/build contractor. As the design formalized with her contractor, I provided the 3D renderings to illustrate what the changes would look like including paint colors, stone surfaces and wood textures. The homeowner loved having the renderings to help her communicate, manage expectations and make decisions.
