The builder of this renovation project wants to pre-market the home while it is still under construction. Using his measurements and standard list of finishes, I rendered the "completedl" house and staged it to illustrate and highlight its charming features. He and his RE agent will use the images and video tour in their marketing campaign on social media and in print. A 3D rendering allows you to see the whole house in ways that would be impossible in real life.
