This original client—a wine importer and an exceutive —had a penchant for great parties and stunning plants, translating into an always-lively rooftop. We built out the two-story terrace in ipe decking and horizontal fencing, with a cedar cabana to shield from the elements. We completed this project a few years ago, so it’s seen its share of hard storms; but our strong construction ushered this through unscathed. When the client sold the property, the terrace added significate value to resale price.
