The homeowners did not like the look of their faux French Colonial (before photo) and needed two additional bedrooms, a kids bath, and a new master suite. The solution was design a new 3rd floor and convert the roof line to a traditional colonial style. The main staircase was extended to the new level. Two bedrooms and a bath were added on the new 3rd floor and a new master suite was created on the second floor above the existing garage.
