The customers wanted to add warmth and an inviting appearance to the front of their home. Our design created this front porch with a brick base that matches the brick chimney on the front of the home (chimney not shown) making the the chimney seem more in harmony with the rest of the house. The two columns are a tapered shaker style. The arched picket railing is fully custom and built on-site. The brick base and half-columns are capped with bluestone. The decking is a stained mahogany. The brick steps were replaced and a new iron railing added. The final touch was a new front door with large glass area.
