High Rise / High Tech Luxury Living

This project began as an empty shell of concrete and steel on the 11th floor of the Parc Rittenhouse in Philadelphia. Originally this was 2 units but was combined and sold as one 3,000 sf residence facing the park. There are two 900 sf roof tops at either end of the unit that were perfect for some amazing outdoor deck spaces. We were tasked with turning this shell into an ultra modern living space with the latest technology in fixtures, lighting, and automation. All the cabinetry is custom built to the specification of our architect. The kitchen island top is 2 - 1/2" thick glass with programmable LED's that glow, flash, or change colors depending or your mood. The master bath has a huge soaking tub within the expansive shower enclosure. The sink top is formed and polished custom concrete made specifically for this project.
