We choose to furnish the 530 Park Ave. project with our Brombal OS2 and Ebe series, Thermally Broken steel windows and doors fabricated from cold formed Steel sections and a standard color powder coated finish. Frames prepared for site glazing of up to 1 1/4” glass. The doors are hung on heavy duty hinges, fitted with friction top arms, concealed bolts to first closing leaf of double doors, multi-point lock, double seal weatherstrip, Stainless or Bronze lever handle and standard aluminum threshold. for glass, we choose 1 ¼” dual pane, low-e, insulated,
Annealed and Tempered for the doors.
