55th Street, Oakland Fire Repairs

This home is located near Children's Hospital Oakland. It had suffered extensive fire damage and had lay abandoned for numerous years. DLR crewmen stripped the interior down to studs; upgraded the floor plan; eliminated 13 windows; installed all new Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Roofing, Hardscape, Landscape, etc, etc. Purchased, repaired & sold in 6 months.

This home suffered extensive fire damage after the owners had allowed their insurance to lapse. It lay abandoned for a number of years before being purchased and restored by L. Frediani & DLR Custom Builders.

Freshly restored home and grounds. Driveway and walkways replaced; roof overhangs trimmed back to brighten up the home and improve the aesthetic; all windows were replaced. New roof, gutters and landscaping were installed.

Full view of the back of the restored home. All plumbing, electrical and heating installations were removed and replaced, including a new furnace and water heater. Timer controlled irrigation system, and a sod lawn were installed.

Custom built kitchen. Island with pendant lighting and stone countertops throughout; shaker style doors; birch cabinets; wood floors, combination kitchen hood/microwave oven. The countertops and all other stone work on this project were fabricated ed on site by DLR Custom Builders' personnel.
