A well planned dining room that includes this handy serving station/wet bar tucked in the corner. The hardwood is an engineered 6 1/4" wide Maple from Shaw.

The counters are from Silestone and have a little silver metallic fleck. The same stone was used on the fireplace. (counters not by Floortrends)

The kitchen with large 24" x 24" tiles. People often worry about using wide plank hardwood and large tiles in smaller spaces. While these areas aren't tiny, they're not huge either and the large tiles and wide wood floors look great in the space!

The mudroom / garage entry uses the same 24 x 24 polished porcelain tile. It has a beautiful shine but also has a little bit of subtle texture lending it an authentic travertine look.

The softest fluffy carpet is soooo comfortable to walk on. It's a Stainmaster carpet made by Dixie and the homeowners also upgraded to Stainmaster undercushion so you know it's going to look and feel great for many years!

The upstairs hall, again it's not a huge space but the wide plank flooring doesn't overwhelm it so don't be nervous of large tiles and wide plank floors!
