Holyrod Custom Project

An expansive custom house by Stonefield Homes with flooring by Floortrends. Custom tile with a natural stone look, espresso stained maple, relaxing ensuite bathrooms, beautifully laid out rooms, and high end touches take this house to the next level.

The great room with lots of natural light flows through to the large open concept kitchen. Flooring is a 3/4" x 5" wide maple engineered hardwood with a handscraped texture and espresso stain colour.

In the dining room the homeowners opted to frame the room with the same handscraped hardwood in the front room and living room, and have the more durable tiles directly under the table. The framing creates a great focal point and really defines the room.

The main entry hall flows through to the powder room (left), dinng room (right) and kitchen / living room (straight ahead). Using the same flooring throughout those areas ties the space together and helps create a great flow through the house

A guest bathroom that will make your guests want to stay longer! This walk in shower features 12" x 24" tiles run vertically up the walls and 2" x 4" matte finish mosaics on the shower floor. The tile is "Amber - Brown" from Midgley & West
