We were asked make this 70s space current. The bathroom is a total stripped-to-studs redo. The kitchen on the other hand did not require much. The new counters are quartz, the cabinets were repainted and given new hardware.
One of the challenges was providing excellent lighting with steep and high ceilings. We used modern linear chandeliers on very long wires!
