A Bold Remodel - Kitchen
This was a home addition with a complete kitchen and living room remodel.
In the kitchen, we creatively used RTA cabinets to control the budget but still accomplish the maximum space and function. We used detail moldings and accessories to complete the transitional look with elegant style and design.
The homeowner loves to cook and bake, so she needed a practical kitchen that still looked beautiful! The husband loves to make his home brew, so we took an extra counter space and utilized it as a place for a keg fridge. Coupled the bar area with a built in desk area where the family could collect for homework and everyday life. The butler pantry is helps keep the kitchen tidy.

Appliances are all kitchen aid.
We used Blanco granite composite sinks in the color truffle, for durability and a sleek style.
Island pendant lights are by Pottery Barn. We deliberately selected a different shaped and colored light to bring a pop of interest and highlight attention to the
iridescent colors in the Emerald Green Granite on the island.
In the Living Room we re-purposed the existing fireplace and mantle and added custom depth built-ins to maximize the storage in the home. The built in cabinets also house the speaker system.
