Perched above Wilson Farm, this 70+ year old Cape-style home underwent a complete transformation to improve both its livability and performance. First, we opened up the first-floor spaces, converting a cramped kitchen and outdated porch into a cohesive, sun-filled living area with a new sunroom and elevated back deck connecting directly to the backyard.

A full bathroom was renovated for accessibility, and the home’s performance was significantly upgraded with insulation, air sealing, recycled cellulose, heat pumps, an ERV, and a heat pump water heater, reducing air leakage from 11.1 ACH50 to under 2 ACH50.
