309design's modern basement renovation creating a light, bright but intimate space. 309design worked with the homeowner; incorporating his vision in creating a modern but timeless and bright basement recreational space to be enjoyed by the whole family. The homeowner wanted to manage the renovation and also do some of the work. Through the collaboration, 309design incorporated the homeowner's vision into a concept board, provided all finish and furniture specifications and and created abbreviated construction documents to enable the homeowner to create this beautiful, modern and vibrant space.
