A Ranch House Conversion

Our homeowners owned a 30+ year old home and commissioned us to take it all the way down to the studs, leaving on the roof and most of the exterior masonry. We moved almost every interior wall, every plumbing connection and rewired the entire home.

The finished home features the latest in energy efficient features including 16 Seer ACs, gas heat, hybrid tankless water heater, foam insulation, new windows and doors.

The interior finishes include the latest and most cutting edge finishes including site finished wood floors, inset cabinets, travertine mosaics, Wolf/Sub Zero appliance package and frameless shower doors.

When we finished our owners had converted a 2,800 sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home into a 3,100 sqft 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath modern dream home.
