Our homeowner wanted something more than just another outdoor living space. He wanted a vacation home in his back yard. This living space is over 1,000 sqft and features the following elements; wood burning fireplace, outdoor kitchen, dishwasher, 3 TVs with Satellite programming, pizza oven, a 72" Big Ass Fan, and much more. This project was built within 20' of a finished swimming pool with limited access on the side of a hill.
