This special Cottage Transformation included adding a study/library, a new vaulted living room, and a new front entry porch. Curb appeal was on the top of the list for my clients.
We removed the old front living room wall and added the living room and study to the front of the house in order to create an open floor plan. We used a brick floor and grouped the two sets of triple windows in the study to evoke the feeling of an enclosed porch.
