This is phase 3 of a 4 phase renovation. In this phase we removed all of the walls between the main level kitchen, dining room, living room and den. It was imperative to the homeowners that the ceiling be vaulted, so one new large beam was installed in the "ridge" of the roof and we eliminated the flat ceiling. Now one large space provides a gracious gathering space for Parents, adult children and the grandchildren.

We started working on the house about 5 years ago. For the first phase the terrace level was gutted to create a huge family/media room with mini kitchen, three bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. There is also space for a wine cellar! The terrace level has amazing views of the lake.

The second phase was the upstairs bedroom level where again the spaces were gutted and a new mastersuite/bathroom was created. A new hall bath and two bedrooms complete this level.

Phase 4 might include a screened porch and deck!
