Lori Jolin Design and the homeowner had one goal in mind when remodeling this house: give back independence to family member "K", who was overcoming a stroke. LJD opened up the floorplan, widened doorways and hallways, used vibrant colors for light/dark contrast, created an easily accessible bathroom for "K" to use independently, and altered the main entrance/exterior for easier use.
