Adding the Charm Back Into the Craftsman

This Roosevelt craftsman was cute, but not functional for the owner. The garage was small and she was not able to park her car in it. The entry way was awkward and cramped. The new design incorporated a larger entry door that added curb appeal and the increased capacity of the garage renovation allowed for her SUV and extra storage.

A new larger entry door created a better flow in the main living space. The bottom cabinets of this kitchen remodel were existing, but a new upper cabinets were added to blend into the space. Beautiful hardwood floors were installed throughout for continuity.

Originally a tiny, dated bathroom, an addition to the house allowed us to use some of the added space for a master bathroom. Now a small vanity and toilet sit outside a wet room separated by a glass shower door.

After gaining space for a master bathroom from the house addition, this beautiful wet room design was developed. Decorative wall tile, a white drop-in tub, pebble tile and a glass door keep this homeowner happy, relaxed and clean.

The old stairs were steep and poorly placed. With the new addition, a more functional staircase was added that easily connected the homeowner from her garage to her basement and then to the main floor.
