This 1930’s residence on the lake has been remodeled many times over the decades. But with its beautiful view, it still had a cramped & dysfunctional kitchen buried within the home. By building an addition to create a spacious new kitchen - a party pantry was born, the laundry room moved up from the basement, a wine cellar was added, a garden entrance formed and an entertainment home blossomed by the lake!
