Enviable Designs was hired to design this beautiful home situated in the Shaughnessy Area of Vancouver West. From floor plan layouts to custom millwork to material selection to furniture designs, we were intricately involved in this new construction home. We focused on a classic and timeless design concept to create a home that is unique, sophisticated and luxurious.

A custom designed vanity in mahogany is the perfect base for this artisan vessel sink. A gold, wall mounted faucet which is inset into the custom mirror adds a luxurious sentiment.

The central island is a wonderful work space which features a decorative furniture kick and is highlighted by the onyx countertops which are finished with an ogee edge.

The circular detail above the cooktop adds a sense of traditional elegance. Framed beside two custom leaded glass cabinets, the feature wall is complete with marble backsplash and a custom furniture kick.

To add interest to this hallway & staircase, we designed custom spindles that we had painted white and then added a medium brown tone handrail to match the stair treads. Intricate wall panelling draws the eye upwards.
