Our clients purchased the penthouse on one of the most coveted streets in Vancouver, Point Grey Road. Downsizing from a large family home in Shaughnessy, our clients were looking forward to a new space, a new look and a fresh start to their golden years. But traditional was the last aesthetic they wanted. To create a modern yet tailored space, we used a variety of linear-grained veneers in grey stains, natural slabs of polished marble and accented everything with a touch of black. We married some of their existing electic pieces with the new backdrop of a contemporary retreat. The final look is one that exudes warmth, modernity and tailored elegance.
