Our client was having an issue with water leaking into her home which was caused from not having a proper seal between the decking and the home. We went in with commercial rubber roofing which is extremely sticky on one side and waterproof on the other between the foundation of the house and the band board of the deck and up behind the siding. This was our first job after the start of covid and we could have been more appreciative.
