We were brought in to finish off this family's laundry room and add a small bathroom. We are also fixing the rotten posts that are supporting the screened in porch above. We went in and cut the posts off at ground level and poured concrete into the holes beneath the posts. After about 10 years or so any pressure treated wood that is underground will start to rot out, so it's always a good idea to have your deck posts inspected annually.
