Our clients were having issue with their sunroom leaking every time it would rain. The cause of the leaking was dd to the wrong materials being used in the installation of the windows, and the brick masonry not being resealed in quite some time. We replaced all of the windows and resealed the brick. Before resealing the brick work, we soaked and then scrubbed the brick to ensure the sealant would adhere to the brick.
