This fantastic design-build project culminated in a modern second story addition and major remodel of a classic 1940's Magnolia war box. Featuring sleek modern windows, a fun blend of textures, color, and geometry, the project created more space for a young family wanting to stay rooted in their Seattle community. Additional design features include vaulted ceilings, a bright and airy kitchen, and a rooftop deck for relaxing and enjoying the sweeping views of the downtown skyline and Olympic mountains.
