Winner of the 2016 Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence at the National level. This was a partial renovation and addition of an existing house in Ansley Park, Atlanta. The original house was constructed in the 1920's and had been last renovated on the exterior some time in the '70's. The project involved adding a second story and a front porch in the location of an existing walled patio. The floor plan was opened up for better flow and to accommodate modern living. The upstairs bedrooms open onto a large play area for the children with access to an upper level porch.
