Client's existing home was a 2-bedroom, 2-bath ranch style home that was originally constructed in 1952. While the home had previously been renovated to open up the living / kitchen spaces there was not a good connection to the back yard where a pool was planned. Our project involved the addition of a family room and a new primary suite onto the back of the house as well as an outdoor living space that relates to the pool. We also designed a new garage with guest quarters above. (more pictures to come...)
