This project was completed at the beginning of 2019 and was converted to a spec home in the middle of the construction stage. The amazing feature of this home includes the massive sliding powered glass walls that open up the inside to the exterior hillside this property is built on.

Custom kitchen features include frameless cabinetry from Bellmont Cabinet Co. that also include custom built shelves and a hood surround which highlight the back wall. The blend of Moccachino super matte and textured dark Cleaf Italian laminate create a perfect balance to house the stainless steel appliances.
