Upper DC Ranch

This project located in upper DC Ranch was a complete remodel of all bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, casita, and various other areas in the home.

The project includes all new cabinetry which is from Bellmont Cabinet Co. Their Vero line of handleless cabinets are in the kitchen, and their 1900 series in all other areas. In the kitchen the appliances are primarily Sub-Zero, Wolf & the custom designed island table is a leathered enigma quartzite from Cactus stone and tile which was designed by An Original.

There are a number of high quality details and touch points in this project including the custom Shinnoki closet which uses "frozen walnut" color prefinished veneers.

This space is not a stack of drawers, but a 36" subzero refrigeration unit. Cutsom matched "split" fillers add some more detail to this space. The upper niche was also finished in matching Shinooki "sage" colored rit oak.

Guest bathroom was designed around the use of floating cabinets with a warm, Shinooki veneer. These are Bellmont 1900 series custom cabinets, their natura collection. This color is Cobblestone.
