This exclusive waterfront home was built as a vacation property and eventual retirement property for this family. The home, which sits right on the water, is a Tuscan style home with beautiful furnishings and accoutrements. The challenge of this project was two-fold: 1. The clients lived out-of-town and traveled quite a bit during the design & construction process, making communication critical to the success of the project. 2. The size of the lot and location of the water made it critical to start with the boat bulkhead and ensure everything after that was precisely-placed on the lot.
