The Arc floor lamp takes the concept of the Signature and Peering desk lamps to a whole new level. Standing at 5 ft tall, the lamp is comprised of a mahogany curve that is carefully perched atop a red oak base and held in place only by steel cables under tension. Along with being a functioning lamp, the piece doubles as a beautiful sculpture that is a study in carefully achieved balance. Though the central curve leans away from the base in a suggestion of imminent movement, the lamp is completely stable and sits firmly on the ground. The lamp is perfect for curling up under and reading a book, as the curve will reach gently over a couch or armchair to provide you with light.
