This beautiful end table doubles as a modern sculpture with dynamic contours that transform as your vantage point changes. The design features two cherry “legs” that connect a base and upper frame made of sapele wood. The frame is balanced atop the two legs and is held in place by steel cables running from the base. No screws or glue secure the frame to the legs, just the tension provided by the cables. A square of glass sits in the center of the frame to form a clear tabletop that allows the viewer to look down at the cables below.
