Terrain completed construction on this mid-century modern home nestled into a forested neighborhood in Woodinville, WA. Our scope included construction of an Ipe hardwood deck that surrounds a multi-functional swim spa, sand finish architectural concrete patio, rock fire feature and surrounding accent plantings.

The ipe deck integrates wrapping steps and seating bench into the lower patio. The varying levels provide multiple gathering spaces for large groups or separate intimate areas to create the perfect “stay-cation.”
