This project involved replacing a 25' tall failing retaining wall in Seattle. Terrain designed and built the new wall working closely with the City and engineers to safely install the new walls and protect the adjoining properties from collapse. The client wanted to blend the existing traditional home with a more modern feel. While installing a outdoor entertaining space and vegetable gardens on the otherwise unusable slope.
