Aria at Portwalk Place exudes energy with its interior vibrancy. The space tells its own story. Innovative, clean modern design finishes at its peak. The design approach was to make the space appeal to all demographics. The design challenge was to create a cohesive design-style between this warm, artful coastal town and extend the same overall feel to the furnished units. Most of the design inspiration came from paying close attention to a warm color palette of coordinating hues, geometric shapes and patterns that complimented the pieces of furniture and introducing elements with pops of color to be translated throughout the unit. Creating a space that felt like a piece of art.
