Monis Farm Estates is a 37 home development at the location of a former dairy farm. Operating until 1986, Monis Farm consists of over 30 acres of pristine wooded land. Morr Interiors was awarded this project and completed the interior design installation the week before Thanksgiving. The Smithfield Model is a 4-Bedroom home with lots of character and feels spacious, whether you enter through the front door or garage. Morr Interiors chose a monochromatic palette of grays, tans and a splash of orange sprinkled throughout. The feedback has been welcomed by all demographics such as "We just felt like we're home"

The remaining home will be photographed within the next month or two, which will consist of the other three bedrooms upstairs.
