Task Story: Foreseeing construction grading impacts to 40+ trees designated for tree preservation , the developer sought an amended Site Plan Landscape that adhered to strict tree replacement requirements per local Westchester Planning Department tree ordinances.
Action: MVR developed the Tree Replacement Plan that placed approximately 400 additional 3” caliper trees to the Approved Plant List.
Emphasized these uses: 1) Street trees 2) Scenic evergreen screening 3) Stormwater swale | basin planting
4) Subdivision entry enhancement.
