The owners of this charming beach house completely renovated the house interior and exterior since 2009 and edited an overgrown garden. By thinning the tree canopy of native Pitch Pines, Sassafras, and Holly trees, MVR enhanced site appearance and made the house and lot look and feel more spacious than their actual dimensions. Afterwards, shrub understory planting highlighted the site's linear structure and the house's prominence on a long corner lot.
