Custom designed built-in cabinet for a San Francisco Edwardian. The home owner wanted to house their new flat screen TV and conceal all cables and equipment below. Originally, we had suggested to built a cabinet on both sides of the fireplace to keep it symmetrical. But the home owner decided to go just with one cabinet. They may end up adding the other one later as we were informed.
